I broke my babies heart for a moment today,
and wasn't sure mine would survive either.
She needed help on a picture and I didn't understand {listen} well enough and screwed up.
In frustration I snapped at her and wasn't very nice.
sending her into tears.
While loving her better, I thought about something I had read a few minutes earlier.
STOP.
LISTEN.
THINK.
THEN ACT.

to bad I hadn't remembered that before.
Lesson learned.
