Aaron was able to Coach Briar while

Cody refed , and Tay score kept.

  Cody has been a good role model to Briar.  All my kids love him and look up to him.

sick day.. :(

it seems everyday has been a sick day at our house lately,

but today.

seems to top them for me anyways,

as you can see Izzy is starting to feel better.

YEAH!!!

mom doesn't mind today.

On the down side i woke up with the flu on top of my cold.

YEAH ME!!!!

So... I am trying to rest a little with 10 min. guilt bursts to try and have everything done before everyone gets home.

Hopefully the rest of the family will not get it.

On the upside, the older two are enjoying the new trimester.

And have been doing very well in school so far this year.

I am way proud of them.

Family Time

Yesterday we had some RELAXED family time, which for our family it is hard to come by. We were all CRAVING Taco Time so since ours is burned down, we drove out to Tremonton to satisfy our craving. SO SO GOOD!! None left! Then we headed to Walkers to watch Tangled. 7:00 SOLD OUT!!!! Crap Cloe is way upset, so.... we decided to wait for the 9:10 show. So to be safe, we went at 8:30. Good thing cuz people were already waiting in line and lots more were following. Let me tell you, we will be buying it. It is WAY SUPER CUTE!!! But.... it was also quite the funny for our family, cuz this chick Aaron and I went to school with and Aaron liked (who will remain un named) sat right behind us. And can i tell you holy crap she was so loud, we didn't know if we were laughing at the movie or her. The kids and I had alot of fun harassing Aaron the rest of the night.

Izzy hasn't been feelin well the last couple of days, 

and these seem to make her a little happier.

I think my kids could get ALMOST anything

they want when they are sick.

That sickly voice they get, Well... it makes me cave.

I am so thankful for my sweet hubby.

Wrestling...

This weekend we wrestled at Bear River.

Briar kicked some BUTT! woot woot!

He took 3rd. and had some really good matches.

( seriously not sayin this cuz Bug is my boy,

but this kid got lucky. Bug was up on points and dominating,

then bug made a bad move and rolled himself into a pin.

( Briar had to wrestle Manuel from his school,and one of his practice partners)

I didn't have brothers, so having a son has been so much fun. And also a learning and growing time for me. Sometimes I have to walk away and think don't ask, don't tell. I am also very Grateful that my girls have a brother. Briar is a very protective brother to his sisters. In return they are very protective of their brother.

I also am VeRy protective of my boy, maybe to protective at times but i can't help it, I love him more than he'll ever know. (tears! seriously, lots!)xo

Speaking of sisters, I spent the day with Tara today.

That is always an adventure.

See every time we go shopping (DI Hopping) she makes it unforgetable!

today was no exception.

Time...

I am grateful for Aaron's jobs,

BUT...

I am more GRATEFUL for the time we get to spend as a family.

Dinner, laughs,teasing, tears (of all sorts). 

It is when we can be ourselves (good and bad).

Kindness...

By example of Izzy, I am going to try and post everyday about things I am Grateful for.

I am so grateful for Cloe's kind and generous heart. 

She has been working hard to have a special note for everyone on Thanksgiving.

She keeps track of them in her *secret chest*.

I hope we all remember to be kind and generous throughout the Holiday.

Wrestling....

This weekend was Briar's first tournament of the year. It was in Pocatello Id. at Irving Middle school.

This was his first match against the #1 seed from Irving middle school.

Briar wrestled very well and didn't let the kid pin him, But... he did lose 10-4.

The 2nd match Briar pinned the kid in the 3rd round. 

( good job bug)

the 3rd match was against a kid from Malad, 

Briar won 4-2.

The 4th match Briar got pinned.

Overall it was a good tournament, and we are looking forward to a good season.

LoVe.......

So.... Cloe LoVes her big brother But.... she also torments him as much as he does her. It's kinda a love, torment thing they have goin on. It is so fun to watch.

Yesterday was a prim example of BOTH. First comes LoVe, he gets in the truck after school and she imediatly grabs him and wraps her arms around him and says "I LoVe you Briar. I missed you!!!" (tear) 

 Later during and after dinner the torment comes.

Cloe "You wanna piece of me"

(Fierce right!?! lol)

Briar " I'm not scared of you!"

Cloe " O yeah bring it!"

  ( will he ever learn? NO.... They have to much fun. It is their thing.)

After things with them calmed down, the DaNcInG began.

  Can you believe that NONE of them have had dancing lessons!

Neither can Tay. lol

Earlier, I decided to go along with Aaron pheasant hunting.

Not to bad, Sage got on a few trails but nothing.

 As it started to get cold and dark, we started heading back and a bunch of the dumb things started squacking or what ever it is they do, and she jumped the ditch and headed through the corn fields so Aaron and I follow. Did I mention it is MUDDY? Cuz it was. anyways, We both make it. (woo hoo) Sadly we still didn't get one.

So.... we head back AGAIN.... this time when we jump the ditch Aaron makes it so I follow and.... Yup I face plant it.( sorry no pics. I was holding the camera) It really was funny, but Aaron didn't laugh. (nice huh) Anyways it was nice to go hang with him and Sage. She is such a good dog,and loves to hunt, she even has battle wounds to prove it.

I love those moments when you are so happy,
your heart feels like it's going to explode.

Tonight is one of those nights.

While I cleaned up the kitchen mess from dinner,

I talked Aaron and Briar into going to the store for me, 
which Izzy soon jumped on board with. 

It was quiet except for Taylor singing in the other room. 
( I have always loved to listen to her sing )

I found one of my bowls full of Izzy's collections.
( leaves, rocks, grass, and so forth. )

Then... I hear the bird in the other room mimicking all Briar's constant noises. 

( gotta love Briar, he is always making some weird noise,
that Cloe and now the bird will copy. )

And Aaron he is the best!!!He is always trying to keep everyone happy.

I love days when we get to stay home and enjoy each other and these moments.

I am very happy and I love my husband and kids.

I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for giving them to me.

How blessed I am.
