Last week was Cloe's {K} field trip.
And her teacher had asked me and the other moms that have been volunteering all year to come along.
Of coarse I was happy to get to go.
BUT.......
Can I just say right now that I was sooooo glad I didn't have to ride the bus over.
Now, I will explain why.
Between the 4 {K} classes there were 81 kids.
Holy crap!!!!
The bus was at full capacity with the 81 kids and 3 teachers.
Cloe liked the bus ride but it made her tummy feel a little weird.
Almost causing her to throw up.
She was kinda glad that she got to ride home with me.
Anyways, our first stop was at the American West Heritage Center for baby animal days.
I was in charge of 4 very cute little girls.
And then we combined a little for our tour.
So we had 10 kids total and 4 adults.
I must say we got a great group.
We were informed once we were there that we were 20 minutes early.
Soooooo......
 they got to run around and get pics. while we waited.
fun right?!
and here is that outcome.
 my 4
 Cloe and the other 6 in our group

Cloe and 2 of her cute little friends

They had so much fun getting to make their rounds to learn about many of the different farm animals and what their purposes on the farm were.
Cloe enjoyed the experience not shying away from any of the opportunities offered up.
 *
our 1st stop was to see the pony.
2nd stop was to see the baby ducks.
 {this one was very shy}
3rd was the baby chicks.
 {Cloe said he fell asleep in her hands}
4th stop was the bunny and he was a cutie.
then we were off to see the baby lambs.
 Next door were the baby goats.
 and who could forget the cute little piggies.
{we learned how to say dirty pig in sign language}
and yes, me and Cloe have had some fun with that. ;)
 we ended our tour at the baby calves.
{it was to dark in the barn for a pic.}
BUT.......
I think this is better anyways.
After petting the calves they got to learn about what they eat.
and then they all got to taste a piece of the dried corn.
Nope.... not something Cloe wants in her diet.
they were all so cute and had so much fun.
*
The second part of our trip was to Willow park for lunch and a little playing before they got to see more animals up close.
During this part they got to see an Owl. Parrot and a Snake.
The field trip was a success.... no one was injured or forgotten.
O YEAH
 and.......
They made Fox 13 news.
{they were filming at Willow Park when we got there so they got some shots of the kids}
And that is Cloe {K} field trip!

O my goodness.........
I have really let the ball drop lately.
I have so much to blog about, but I really don't think that I will remember all of it.
So....
here goes my attempt.
{this goes back WEEKS}
Cloe had her first school program.
It was their dance festival.
Her class along with the other 3 {K} classes did a robot dance.
Super cute.
And she did amazing.
Cutest little robot ever if I say so myself. ;)
I didn't get a picture of her in her robot costume,
but she sat so pretty and behaved while they got everyone ready.
That is with the occasional face pulling back and forth with her dad and Tay.
She has also lost some teeth 5 to be exact.
And... her molars are trying to come in.
I really wish she would quit growing up so fast.
Last week Cloe and I went to the Little Mermaid ballet with our friends across the street.
She had lots of fun,
 but... they kept asking when we would be getting lunch. lol

*
Briar is STILL wrestling.
and still no pics because I can't video and do pics.
But...
He is still doing very well.
He is also weight lifting and conditioning for football now.
So excited for his freshman year.
He is weighing in around 128 now.
will he ever stop growing?.....
In the words of one of his coaches during weight training.
"Man your gonna be a BEAST!"
He so bad wants to make his mark.
*
Tay is having fun with the friends and boys.
She headed to the mud rallies over this last weekend.
And ....
She managed to get thrown in the mud a few times by a few boys. By the 2nd time she was a little frustrated and stomped back to the jeep where her bare toe somehow connected with a shovel.
Yes..... It was a good one.
stitches were ? but by the time we got her home and cleaned up it was trying to close so we decided to keep it clean and let it do its thing.
I Love this girl, but sometimes I have to wonder about her. ;)
*
Easter was full of fun and parties like always.
and Sacrament was WONDERFUL.
I have to say probably one of my favorites.
Wonderful singing from the primary, choir and a few solos from some talented ladies in the ward.
The talk was also Awesome.
Our neighbor did a wonderful job and delivered a great message.
*
So.....
We are still living and loving life.
EVEN its roller coaster challenges we are receiving.
Because even with those we have received some wonderful blessings.
And it could always be worse right?!
And with that I'll leave you with the latest photo shoot of me and Iz.

Do they get any cuter..........

 I think NOT!

 This little girl sure LOVES her daddy!!!

hmmmmm........

Where to begin?
Well....
Here's a quick run down.

Briar is still wrestling and kicking some bum.
{not much in the picture department lately just videos}
 So.. here are a few of play time before matches.
{a little blurry but ya get the pic.}
 *
Tay has been having fun takin some pictures in her free time.
 This picture and a few others like it, resulted in this next picture.
I'm guessing they didn't want their picture takin.
But, I don't think that will stop her.
*
Cloe is as busy as the little bees Tay takes pictures of.
Always wanting to do something.
But sometimes I need her to have some down time.
I caught this picture of her last week.
 I guess she didn't want to get the missing chair?!.....

  What ever will we do with her

life....

Where to start....
It has been a little bit of a roller coaster ride around here lately.
We have had to re-evaluate;
paths,
life,
options,
right and wrong,
forgiviness,
sadness,
anger,
and many other things.
And have decided on...
 NEW BEGINNINGS!
~<3~
"Sometimes God will remove something good in your life
to make room for something better.
And sometimes he'll take away better to give you his best."
~<3~
Tay has had to look at alot of things differently,
since not making the H.S. softball team.
But...
Now she can focus on;
 drivers ed,
hunter safety class,
focus on school,
{she is carrying a 3.06 cumulative GPA}
maybe a job,
Hobbies left behind,
and a few other things.
but probably the most important and building,
is that Tay and Briar are both going on the Trek this year with the church.
I am so excited for them and think that they will grow so much during this time.
What a rewarding thing to be able to do.
All of these things may have had to be squished somewhere between, or sat a side for awhile.
So...
As heartbreaking as it was for her and us,
we choose to move on.
~<3~

sometimes you follow
Don't worry about what you don't know
life's a dance you learn as you go."

My Tay is such a STRONG and BEAUTIFUL young lady and I am SOOOO PROUD of the KIND and LOVING person that she is.

I would Love to ............

Lunch, Books and Time with my
FAVORITE little girl.
Doesn't get any better than that.

Wrestling still...

Last weekend Briar headed up to Pocatello for a big wrestling tournament.
He did very well, especially since he was the lightest of the boys in his bracket by a bit.
He ended up taking 5th place.
Woot Woot!!!
Although we weren't able to go with him,
we got updates from him with details after each of his matches.
And one of the moms snapped a few pics. and sent them through text.
I was so grateful for the pics. I hate missing the kids things.

Soooo here are a few of his matches

Watch out.....Briar has a pretty mean scissor.
He has brought some boys to tears, and almost had one tap out at region a couple years ago.
He is becoming so much stronger mentally and physically.
I am so proud of the young man he is becoming.
Briar has also been excelling outside of wrestling.
He has just been set apart as the Deacons president at church,
 and...
 is carrying a 3.70 cumulative GPA.
