11-11-11

What better way to start TODAY than with the
PLEDGE of ALLEGIANCE!!!!

As Cloe and I headed down the sidewalk this morning she noticed all the flags our scouts had put in the front yards.
As we walked down the sidewalk she asked if we could say the
Pledge of Allegiance, and then asked which was her right hand?
Then, respectfully and flawlessly she placed her hand over her heart and recited the pledge of allegiance.
 *
 I am so grateful for teachers that still recite the pledge of allegiance with their students.
I still remember having that privilege growing up and and will always be grateful.

catch up.....

Wow...
Lots of catch up.

1st: Cloe got student of the month in school.
they now call it BUILDER of the month.
{helping others and building them up not tearing them down}
we were so Happy!!!!

2nd: HALLOWEEN!!!!!

Cloe was a FLAPPER GIRL!

She looked soooo cute!
and LOVED shaking it!! ;)
{Aaron and i made her costume this year not bad without a pattern. but definitely would have changed a few things if I had known what I was doing.}

Tay and Briar was in the spirit of things and made their own costumes this year as well.

Tay was Kendra

  YES.... she froze!

 Briar  was sorta a clown....?

He looks so Angry and forced.
but he wasn't at all he just doesn't smile for pictures.
He looked soooo AWESOME riding his long board around like that.
I wish I had gotten a picture.

3rd: Wrestling has officially now begun. This Saturday is his first Tournament in Idaho.

4th: Saturday was opening day of the Pheasant hunt.
Big deal around our house.
And this year was even bigger.
 Briar's first year to hunt.
So far he is very disapointed.
Not only did it snow, it was very cold, wet and muddy AND....
They saw NOTHING!!!! except..... in city limits and..... on the road.
It's been 2 days of hunting and nothing.
I hope their luck changes soon.

5th & finally: Our primary program is next week and Cloe has memorized her part She is very excited.
Hopefully she doesn't get nervous and shy.

Softball

Softball friendlies in Brigham came to a close last weekend.
Tay did very well, and got her first experiences at catching on a comp. level.
We are so proud of the hard work and dedication she puts in.
Her last game was good and close.
She played hard and caught the entire game and had a nice hit.
She has a few bumps and bruises from warm ups.
Apparently she took a few hits to the knees and a line drive to her wrist which has been bothering her and is swollen.
But...
It didn't stop her from doing what she does best.

line drive to the side of 3rd base.

Random Happenings

Things are just as fun and crazy here as always.
And.....
we do have a little life outside of sports.
so.....
here goes.
Cloe is dieing to go fishing.
So she is learning to cast all by herself out in the yard/street. {where ever she decides}
She's does pretty good as long as she is away from trees, the dogs aren't out, {Sage like to grab the end and run} and Tay doesn't run off with it and break the end.
I guess she needs to snag her daddy this weekend and go fishing.

 See the little white thing in the rocks?! That"s her cast!
AWESOME JOB!!!

Tay and Briar are soaking up all the free time with friends and activities that they can.
Briar went to Little Moab with the entire Hardy family this last weekend and had a blast biking and jeeping. I need to get pics. and post more on that later.
They are like a second family to him with MANY brothers. {and they treat him as so}
Tay is spending lots of time with her friend Kylee.
Doing everything and anything as you'll see.

Tay & Ky

So much going on in many different directions at times but still having fun!

*P.S.*
They all are doing very well in school with good grades
Briar and Tay are at the top in their P.E. and Aerobics classes.
Way to always push to the next level.
&
my Cloe girl got the BUILDER award at school for September.
She was in the paper and everything.
Way to go Cloe.
Keep on being you!!!!

FOOTBALL

 Play offs were this weekend
& we were all stoked and ready.
Aaron had crazy nerves going on for the boys.
It was a good game for our boys with just a few upsets & injuries.
Briar had a GREAT game.
He got a pass at around the 30 and had an AWESOME run for a TOUCH DOWN!!!
& I didn't get any pics.
because.....
I was to busy jumping and screaming on the sidelines.
So PROUD!
&....
I wasn't the only one, all the parents were just as happy for us.
THEN.....
I look over to my Tay, and there she stands crying
in pure happiness for her brother.
At that moment I was the proudest mom for so many reasons.
Can you ask for more?
anyways...
Briar Had another nice catch for some good yards, a knock down, and some great hits!
The team ended up loosing but had a great game!
So proud of our team!!!!
&
Coaches!!!
I did manage to get a few other shots of the game and Iz cheering on the side lines.

My 2 favorite guys!!!

#39 Touch Down!!
Game Over!!
&
Our awesome cheerleaders!!!
Sweetest and cutest girls eva!!!
{where would brothers be without their sisters cheering them on!!}

Last team pics. minus a few boys!!

 Crazy FUN times!!!

girls, girls, GIRLS...........

girls, girls, GIRLS................
O yea!
&
.
.
Homecoming.
Last Friday was the B.E. homecoming game,
& the kids had friends over to hang and get ready for the game.
What FuN!!
&
of coarse Iz can't miss out on the fun of getting ready even if its just to hang with mom and dad.
sad thought went through my head while taking pic. of all of them getting ready and just hanging out.
Iz will be the only one home when its her time for this.
No brother and and his pals adding their 2 cents on how she looks or what she does.
So...
I think I'm gonna make it a rule that they have to stay close and stay involved and definitely be ANNOYING when she hits her teens.
not that I think I will have to.
I'm pretty sure they will be there adding their 2 cents ALL the time.
 ANY WHOO!
back to homecoming pics.

 {this is what you get when the boys get you ready, with a little glitter added by girls }
isn't she just the CUTEST thing EVA!!?

the girls had lots of fun painting up their faces, taking LOTS of pics & laughing!
LoVe that sound echoing through the house.
{Even Aaron admitted to it when the girls asked}

 Tay and her cute friends!!

So happy they don't mind including my Iz.

My 2 Beautiful girls!!
   XOXO

Now....
On to the boys.
They hung downstairs AFTER giving Tay their 2 cents.
They are trying to learn the Sponge Bob dance.
They pretty much had it by the time they left.
Even Aaron has it down.
{In slow mow}

 { Briar learning the Sponge Bob}

 The boys hanging with Aaron
&
Iz isn't left out even by the boys!!
{did I say how much I love my kids and their friends!}

Homecoming was wet and cold
but....
FUN was had by ALL!!

Randomness........

  Briar's football team made it to the playoffs!!!!
#1 seed!!!!
{woot woot!!!}

 Taylor had lots of fun with her team this weekend.
{S.B. clinic, lunch and then back to the fields for games}

 Cloe is learning many new things.
{Hop Scotch and Flips on the tramp are a few}

{she drew this all by herself}

&
just in case ya didn't know, BOOTS go with EVERYTHING!!!!
 just ask Cloe!

Learning how to build card houses

{disappointment when they fall}

 Briar's long board finally showed up last night and they all had fun  trying it out.

Hopefully no broken bones or injuries will result in play time.
just lots and lots of FUN!!!
